Business hours are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern time Monday to Friday and 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM Saturday, closed Sundays. Erik tries to respond to emails within 24 hours, but it may take up to 48 hours to return phone calls because of the amount of time he is out of the office. Erik does not do free technical support.
